The rain ended a lot earlier than I expected, but cloud cover remained over north Florida throughout the day. Infrared satellite imagery shows the western edge of the cloud cover around Taylor and Dixie counties. Things should start to clear out tonight as the front passes over Gainesville. The dreary weather of today will be replaced with mostly clear skies later tonight and Tuesday.
Expect clearing tonight with lighter winds and Wednesday morning low of 54. For Wednesday, anticipate mostly sunny skies with a high of 77.
